Korean seaweed eggroll lunch with farm fresh veggies |
Recipe: seaweed egg roll:
Ingredients: 3 eggs, 1 sheet of nori seaweed (“gim”κΉ), olive oil
Ingredients for seaweed eggroll |
1. Break eggs and whisk with a fork, season with
salt and pepper
2. Add oil in a preheated nonstick pan.
3. Pour the egg mixture, swirl the pan to spread
eggs evenly.

4. Gently flip the egg mixture and place seaweed
on top.
