Recipe: seaweed egg roll:

Ingredients:  3 eggs, 1 sheet of nori seaweed (“gim”κΉ€), olive oil

Ingredients for seaweed eggroll 


How:

1.  Break eggs and whisk with a fork, season with salt and pepper

2.  Add oil in a preheated nonstick pan.

3.  Pour the egg mixture, swirl the pan to spread eggs evenly.

4.  Gently flip the egg mixture and place seaweed on top.

5.  Roll up the egg mixture carefully.
