Korean peppercorn pork chop lunch served with farm fresh veggies |
Recipe: Soy white wine peppercorn porkchop lunch
Ingredients:
pork chops (3 lbs), soy sauce (1/4 cup), white wine (1/4 cup), ground black
pepper (1 TB).
Super easy but delicious Korean style pork chop cooked in cast iron pan on stove top! :) |
How:
1. Make the simple marinade for pork: mixing equal amount of soy sauce and white
wine. Add generous amount of ground
pepper.
2. Let pork marinate in the fridge up to 24
hours.
3. Cook pork in a preheated cast iron skillet
with some oil.
4. Cook first side until golden brown for about
3-5 min.
5. Flip over to cook the other side for about 3
min.
6. Turn off heat and let pork cook “slow and
low”, covered, until fully cooked for about 10 min. (This method works well for cooking thick
cuts of pork.)
7. Slice thinly before serving for lunch.
