Soft food recipes post #2: Korean fried tofu in simple soy and sesame sauce!

This is a very simple yet delicious and nutritious Korean dish that you can make really fast!  All you need is tofu, soy sauce and sesame oil.  Everything else is optional! :)

Ingredients: tofu (1 lb.), soy sauce (1/4 tsp), sesame oil (1/8 tsp), gochugaru, and green onion.  

How:  

1. Pat dry tofu and cut in cubes.
2. Season tofu lightly with salt.
3. Heat a non stick pan.  Add oil and add tofu.
4. When tofu is nice and golden as in the photo, flip over.
5.  Add soy sauce and sesame oil on the pan.  Stir to mix with the oil.  You may add a little bit of water if needed.
6.  Garnish with gochugaru and chopped green onion.
7.  Serve with rice or cooked veggies of your choice! :)
