Korean style short ribs stew with gochujang tomato 🍅 sauce sauce

Hi, it's Young Jin Michelle. Here's an easy Korean style short rib stew 🍲 using gochujang and store bought tomato 🍅 sauce!! The key is to brown the meat and deglaze with onion and white wine to further develop flavors!!
Ingredients: Chuck short ribs, broccoli rabe, carrots, onion, garlic, chicken stock, gochujang, tomato 🍅 sauce, soy sauce, sésame oil

How:
1. Brown meat both sides. Remove meat.
2. Add chopped onion and carrots on the same pan (cast iron skillet). Add wine just enough to scrape off the stuff stuck on the bottom of pan.
3. Make cooking liquid by mixing the last 6 ingredients.
4. Place the following in the pressure cooker in the order mentioned: meat, onion and carrot mixture, broccoli rabe.
5. Add cooking liquid followed by salt and pepper.
6. Cook for about an hour until meat is fork tender.
7. Enjoy with mashed potatoes or your favorite 🍞 and butter 🧈!! :)
Note: Always season every stage of cooking process. Amounts can vary depending on individual preference.
