Easy pork shoulder picnic slow cooker recipe with kimchi and potatoes

Are you looking for an easy recipe that will feed an army? Here's one!
This is a Korean twist of shoulder picnic cooking. Very easy but delicious 😋!
How:
1. Take a whole picnic shoulder (5lbs). Season with salt and pepper.
2. Place pork with some chopped potatoes in the slow cooker.
3. Pour kimchi with liquid on top of it (as much as it covers half way of the meat.)
4. Slow cook for 5 to 8 hours until tender and flavorful!!
5. Season to taste.
*For best results, brown the meat before placing in slow cooker. 
*Cut cooked meat into smaller pieces and freeze them for later use. 
*The meat is already cooked and seasoned, so you can make lots of many dishes out of this for the weeks ahead!!
