Korean Style Pressure Cooked Bone Soup made with leftover beef and pork picnic shoulder bones in gochujang 🍅 sauce

April 17, 2021
Hi, it's Young Jin Michelle. What do you do with leftover bones from holidays or special occasions meals?
I would make a hearty bone soup 🍲!!

Here's how I made this bone soup--fusion Korean style, of course.
1. Place bones (beef rib bones, pork shoulder picnic bones) in pressure cooker.
2. Add veggies of your choice (kale, mushrooms and potatoes).
3. Pour cooking liquid (gochujang, tomato sauce, garlic, soy sauce, seseme oil and home made turkey stock).
4. Cook for an hour until the whole house smells wonderful!!
5. Enjoy the soup with your favorite bread and butter 🧈, remanecing the good old days... :)
