CSA 2021 Versatile spinach in lieu of starch in everyday meals?!

I love 💕 spinach!! I love spinach because it is easy to cook and very filling! In this post I would like to show you how I would make spinach as a carb replacement with a Korean flavor!

Step 1: Add spinach onto preheated cast iron pan with salt and spices such as ground pepper 🫑🌶️ or garlic 🧄 powder. Hear the sizzle. Add extra virgin olive 🫒 oil or any oil.
Step 2: Stir veggie and oil well and cook for 2-3 min.
Step 3: Remove from heat. Let residual heat furthe cook veggies, covered for 10 min.
*Add some sesame oil and Korean red pepper flakes/powder to add Korean flavor if desired.
