CSA week 2-- We have lettuce 🥬, dill, spinach, bakchoy and farm fresh eggs to nourish ourselves with!
I have incorporated the egg, spinach and dill for today's lunch for us! :)
The key to eating healthy is in prepping. In this lunch, I cooked spinach in the morning while making breakfast. The rest were already made and awaiting in the fridge! Boiled eggs and BBQed chicken and sausage from the weekend. For cooking spinach, please refer to my previous post of June 19.
