CSA 2021 has just kicked off!! Now week 1!! :)
We had cilantro, radish, spinach, lettuce and bok choy. Time for creative cooking as it takes some "outside the box" thinking to make the most of these beautiful organic farm veggies!! Thanks, Pam, for all your hard work and stewardship!! I was thinking 🤔 how I could use some of the veggies and decided to make a salad lunch for today with leftover salmon from last night!; topped it up with braised celery, sliced radishes and cilantro. As a dressing, I drizzled some home made vinaigrette to bring out all the flavors of the ingredients!! :)
