Easy Korean spicy soup with spinach and mushrooms!!

Easy Korean spicy 🔥soup recipe with mushrooms, onions and spinach (& fishball cake)!!
Hello 👋
Today I am going to show you how to make a super easy Korean spicy soup with veggies such as mushrooms, spinach and onions. You would need gochugaru (고추가루, Korean hot pepper 🌶️ flakes) and garlic 🧄 powder. 

Step 1: Preheat a heavy bottomed pot and drizzle cooking oil to coat pan.
Step2: Add gochugaru and sliced onion. Stir well. 
Step 3: Add mushrooms with a pinch of salt to bring out the flavors. Cook for about a minute.
Step 4: Add water just enough to cover veggies. Bring it to a boil.
Step 5: Add spinach when mushrooms are cooked. Season to taste with salt, garlic 🧄 powder, and ground black pepper. Remove from heat. Let it sit for 10 min, coverered, to promote further development of flavors!!
Note: Adding some fishball  cake with the water will take the soup to the next level. You can add tofu to make soup more nutritious!!
