Week 1 of CSA 2021 features bakchoy.
I like to cook in cast iron because you can really take advantage of the cast iron's heat retaining ability. Here's how I would cook bakchoy easy Korean fusion way. :)
Two step cooking process:
Step1: Add bakchoy in preheated pan with olive 🫒 oil ( or any oil). Add salt and spices (ground pepper, herb mix, etc). Cook for about 3 min.
Step 2: Remove pan from heat. Let residual heat further cook the veggie, covered for 5-10min or longer, if desired.
That's it!! Now you have an extra tender flavourful bakchoy to accompany your favorite main dish!
