CSA week 6: Pesto made with dendalion green, kale and aged cheddar cheese 🧀

Here's an easy pesto made with farm fresh greens and extra sharp cheese 🧀!! All you need to do is: chop greens and process them with extra virgin olive 🫒 oil and aged cheddar cheese: I find cheese more accessible than pine nuts. You can squeeze some 🍋 juice to bring out the flavor of the greens. Very tasty with pasta, bread or crackers. Happy cooking!!
