CSA week 11 Basil fennel pesto with pumpkin seeds and blueberries

What would be the best use of the fennel top that comes with the fennel bulb? Make it into a pesto sauce for crackers or for an interesting addition for your salad!!
How to make this:
1. Add the following in the food processor: basil and fennel top (fronds only), garlic 🧄 powder, salt, extra virgin olive oil, ground pumpkin seeds, and blueberries 🫐.
2. Process until smooth.
3. Season to taste :)
Note: You can add lemon juice if desired~
