Fall cooking ideas using brussel sprouts, celery and leeks

Hello ~ Fall is a good time to prepare heart warming food with fall veggies such as squash, celery and leeks! This week I received a large amount of celery and leeks in my CSA basket.
Below are two dishes I made using celery and leeks and more.

1. Korean style beef brisket with leeks and celery, pressure cooked in gochujang miso paste sauce
2. Creamed leeks 
3. Baked brussel sprouts with aged cheddar, butter, cereal and homemade breadcrumbs
4. Green salad with red pepper and aged cheddar cheese 🧀
