Hello 👋 Wanting to eat veggies more but it's too much work to prepare? The method I use is cut into small pieces, wash and store in the fridge as soon as you buy them! "Divide and conquer" the intimidation of prepping veggies especially the big ones such as this humongust bok choy I got from our local organic farmer Pam from Eight Mile Creek Farm!
