Easy baked chicken thighs the Korean way

Chicken thighs (bone in & skin on) are one of my go to grocery items these days. Why? Because... they are bang for the buck! Here's a very easy but delicious recipe you can try... :)  The key to baking chicken thighs is to brown the meat on stove top & bake in the oven until all fat is rendered with the skin crisp! This is a very versatile dish that has so many applications, dinner & lunch..! 


Here's how:
1 Marinate chicken thighs in soy sauce & white wine (equal parts)
2 Brown chicken thighs both sides on stove top
3 Bake in the oven, preheated 350 degrees for about 40min. until fork tender -- you may add some veggies along the way :)
4 Enjoy with your favorite veggies and/or starch sides!
