Wondering what to pack for lunch? Here's an idea for you to try! :) The key to using leftover protein is in how to heat it through without losing moisture & flavor. I use cast iron skillet for that. Add all ingredients with a drizzle of olive oil. When food starts to sizzle, add some water enough to create steam, cover. Let sit for about 5min. Add cheese on top. That's it! So simple but delicious! :)
