Creamy leek pasta

Easy lunch idea -- leftovers veggies, cheese, salad dressing

Wondering what to make for lunch today? Here's what I am having today :) All leftovers veggies from the fridge! The key is adding some flavor to it. I like to use these two ingredients to build flavors: cheese & salad dressing. 
Here's how:
Heat the veggies in the cast iron skillet, then add cheese on top. That's it. Now add little bit of salad dressing at the bottom of lunch container and add the veggies and cheese. So easy but nutritious! And an excellent 👌 way of cleaning up leftovers food! :) Everything being so expensive these days, you do not want anything to go to waste!
