Easy Swiss chard pie

Here's an easy Swiss chard pie you can try with your garden or farm fresh Swiss chard!!
How to make:
1. Wash Swiss chard and cut into small pieces
2. Whisk eggs (3 med size) with salt, pepper and herbs of your choice
3. Mix in the eggs with Swiss chard
4. Coat preheated cast iron pan with butter/olive oil
5. Add the Swiss chard egg mixture in the skillet and cook covered until bottom is nicely browned
6. Flip over and do the same
7. Serve with cheese or sour cream
Good with pasta, bread or in a salad 🥗 or on its own. Hope you like it too!! :)
