Summer squash bake with Korean rice cake & breadcrumbs & bok choy

Here's a very easy squash recipe you can try! All you have to do easy:
1. Hollow out squash (remove the seeds) * See the note below
2. Add cooked veggies such as bok choy
3. Add rice cake or cheese or your favorite toppings
4. Add breadcrumbs
5. Add knobs of butter if desired
6. Bake in the oven, preheated 350 degrees, until bread topping is golden brown
*Note: You may want to bake squash until cooked through before adding any toppings.
