It's a hot summer weekend and here's the lunch I created for me and my husband Damian. Farm salad was assembled with heirloom tomato, lettuce from Eight Mile Creek Farm, Westerlo, NY & aged cheddar 🧀 and some crutons. Squash was first roasted, scooped out & stuffed with beef stew & cereal with a small knob of butter on top, then finally baked in the oven until nicely heated through. Tandori chicken was marinated in yogurt and curry spices, then baked in the oven until crisp and fork tender :) Happy cooking! Thanks for reading my blog 😃!! Young Jin Michelle :)
