Stuffed summer squash with Korean beef stew, cereal with butter 🧈

It's summer squash time!! I am getting so many different shapes of summer squash from nearby local organic farmer Pam, owner of Eight Mile Creek, Westerlo NY, so I need to be creative!! Here's something I created! Stuffed squash with leftover Korean beef stew (yes, leftover :), cereal and little of butter! Squash was already roasted in the oven so I just need to bake this just enough to heat through. So easy but yummy & nutritious! Happy cooking!! Young Jin Michelle :)
