Zucchini egg cheese bake with Korean kimchi dumplings

One of my neighbors gave me zucchinis she grew in her garden. Here's a super easy zucchini egg cheese bake with Korean kimchi dumplings (store bought, frozen). 
1. Cut zucchini in thin slices
2. Whisk an egg in a bowl
3. Dip zucchini pieces in the egg
4. Place zucchini zucchini pieces in the preheated, oiled pan (cast iron skillet works well for me) 
5. Add frozen dumplings in the pan and layer cheese of your choice (I love aged cheddar 🧀)on zucchini pieces 
6. Bake in the oven until everything has cooked with cheese bubbling, dumplings crispy :)
