Asian canned tuna salad with ligtly cooked greens in gochjang blue cheese dressing

Here's an easy meal idea using canned tuna. Canned tuna can be fishy. To hide the common off-smell I used gochjang blue cheese dressing by mixing gochujang (Korean hot sauce) with leftover blue cheese dressing from  restaurants or takeout meals ;) A squeeze of fresh lemon 🍋 juice will liven up all the good things in the ingredients! Ligtly cooking the greens makes the salad more elegant! Happy eating!
