Easy kimchi chigae with tofu & canned tuna

Here's a very easy kimchi chigae or dish you can make with tofu & tuna. The key to making it well is to cook the kimchi in oil with some chopped fresh garlic, then add tofu and tuna. Garnish with green onions or toasted sesame seeds. You can add some rice cake for texture & flavor. 
It goes nicely with baked brussel sprouts with lower carb diet. Of course... you can have it with a bowl of 🍚!!
