Easy lunch idea 💡 -- Korean pork chop with veggies

Easy lunch idea using Korean pork chop and veggies for my husband's lunch today. Yes, pork chops were marinated in spicy gochujang sauce and cooked in advance (leftovers!). Putting it together is very easy: cube the pork chop and add to preheated cast iron skillet with veggies of your choice. Cook for about 5 min. on stove top,  then put it in the oven (preheated to 350 F) for another 5 min. Voilà a delicious pork chop lunch!!
